We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

How It Works:

  2. Pack It Up: Make sure the item is in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and pouches.
    No signs of wear, please!

  3. Mail It Back: Ship it back within 30 days from the day you received it.

  • Unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable.

Exceptions (Because There's Always Fine Print, Right?):

  • Customized pieces can't be returned. Hope you understand!
  • Gift cards, final sale items, and promotional freebies are also non-returnable.

If you miss the 30-day window, don't sweat it! We'll offer you store credit equal to the original price you paid.

We're committed to sustainability. Most of our beautiful items are handmade to order in Manhattan, NYC. Please consider gifting it to someone who might like Joey Baby as much as you do before shipping it back to us.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply chat with us during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Yes, all items ordered from joeybaby.com can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, our warehouses will begin packing your order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Sometimes, couriers mark packages as "delivered" a few days before actual delivery. If this happens, contact us at support@joeybabynyc.com or the courier.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support (support@joeybabynyc.com) and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support (support@joeybabynyc.com) to check if it's eligible for replacement.

  • Oceania, Asia, Middle East: 3-4 weeks

Once an item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change or update the shipping address. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to carefully review your shipping details before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
