At Joey Baby, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for your handcrafted jewelry. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures and policies.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75.00 or more.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $75.00, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
- International Shipping: To maintain the highest level of service and delivery integrity, we currently only offer shipping within the United States.
Carriers and PO Box Deliveries
- Primary Carrier: We primarily utilize UPS Ground for our domestic shipments to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- PO Box Addresses: Please be advised that UPS Ground does not offer direct delivery to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is provided, your order will be handled via a hybrid service: UPS will manage the initial transit, and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will complete the final delivery to your box.
- Policy Adjustments: Shipping rates, selected carriers, and delivery methods are subject to change without prior notice to reflect current market conditions and carrier policy updates.
Production and Processing Every Joey Baby piece is an individual work of art, handcrafted specifically for you. Some of the pearl design, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our studio to craft and prepare your order for shipment. During periods of high demand or for multi-item orders, additional processing time may be required to ensure every detail meets our standards.
Estimated Transit Times Orders are shipped from our NJ center and our distribution center in Pennsylvania.
- UPS Ground: Typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days once shipped.
- USPS (PO Boxes and specific zones): Typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days following the transfer to the postal service.
- Please note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers. Joey Baby is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, inclement weather, or high-volume seasonal periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You may monitor the status of your shipment here.
